Personal statement:
I deal with all aspects of property work including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, transferring ownership of property, mortgages and specialist equity release mortgages. I can also help clients with boundary queries, rights of way and other rights over land.
Background:
After graduating in 2000, Catherine completed her legal studies at the College of Law in York and joined Ware & Kay in 2004. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2007, Catherine has continued her work in residential and commercial property.
In her spare time she enjoys fell and mountain trekking and cycling.
