Head of Residential Conveyancing at our York Office
Main Branch: York
Direct Dial: 01904 716039
My job satisfaction comes from meeting clients and helping them to achieve their house move with as little stress as possible.
Penny studied law at Newcastle University and qualified as a solicitor in December 1984.
She came to York in January 1986 and spent 3 years as a commercial property lawyer.
Penny joined the firm in 1995 and became head of the conveyancing department in the York office in 2003 looking after a busy team of fee earners and experienced support staff.
In addition to all aspects of domestic conveyancing, Penny handles agricultural acquisitions and sales and deals with voluntary first registrations of farms and rural property.
For relaxation, she enjoys gardening, horse-riding and music.
What clients say:
"I am absolutely delighted and over the moon with how you achieved the fabulous result today. I would like to express my personal thanks both for the time and for the first class service that you offered. It has been exceptional. You literally took the hassle on your shoulders and dealt with it in a most professional manner. I always knew you were only at the end of the phone when I needed to speak to you. I am very lucky to have you as my solicitor."
"We found dealing with Penny Eedle and her staff was extremely easy. Penny was very helpful and went out of her way to complete on time. Thank you."
"We thought the service was superb and as a consequence will come to Ware & Kay for other legal matters."

"I doubt that the service Penny Eedle has given us could be improved on. She has been excellent in every aspect of her relationship with us!! The company would always be our first port of call in all matters requiring legal advice."
"Penny [...] was excellent! She understood our needs, phoned when she said she would and always kept us informed - brilliant. We live out of the country so it made buying the property so much easier and 'painless'."
