Andrew has over 20 years experience in Solicitors’ Accounts and Practice Management. He worked as a Senior Support Analyst for a leading software company, where he supported and developed Solicitors’ Accounting and Practice Management systems.

Joining Ware & Kay as Accounts Manager in 2002, Andrew stepped into the role of Practice Manager in June 2009.

Andrew cycles, plays football and badminton. Describing himself as a keen sportsman – he claims he has the bumps, scars and breaks to prove it!

Having trained and worked in Leeds, David joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2003. He specializes in commercial property work and the sale and purchase of businesses. David is a council member and Parliamentary Liason Officer for the Yorkshire Law Society.

He is married with a son and daughter, and his interests include travelling, current affairs, squash and swimming.

After qualifying in 1981 and practising in London for 4 years in a specialist commercial shipping practice, Peter Kay moved to York and became a partner in 1985. He specialises in company, commercial and employment work, with a very wide and varied experience in this field both nationally and internationally.

He is married with four children. His leisure interests include sailing, golf, skiing and "trying" to keep fit.
