Charles spent 15 years in industry before becoming a Solicitor in 1979. He merged his own practice with Ware & Kay LLP in 1999. Charles has a particular interest in commercial property and in the development of small businesses.

A talented trumpet player in his youth, Charles has a keen interest in most music. Charles is married with three sons and in his spare time enjoys cricket and golf.

Jonathan was educated at Prince Henry's Grammar School, Otley and Liverpool University. He trained in Leeds and moved to York in January 1982. Jonathan is a Consultant at Ware & Kay LLP. He serves as a Deputy District Judge and Deputy Coroner. He is a member of and an assessor for the Law Society Family Law Panel.

Jonathan lives in Huntington and is married with two children. His interests include reading, cinema and sport.
