Roger Boreham

London born and a science graduate, after research and working in the Inland Revenue Roger has been a solicitor since 1980. He has experience in all sizes of legal firm. Tax Planning, Wills, Probate and Trusts are his areas of law.

Married with two children, his hobbies include music, art, walking and gardening.

David Hyams

Having trained and worked in Leeds, David joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2003. He specializes in commercial property work and the sale and purchase of businesses. David is a council member and Parliamentary Liason Officer for the Yorkshire Law Society.

He is married with a son and daughter, and his interests include travelling, current affairs, squash and swimming.

Peter Kay

After qualifying in 1981 and practising in London for 4 years in a specialist commercial shipping practice, Peter Kay moved to York and became a partner in 1985. He specialises in company, commercial and employment work, with a very wide and varied experience in this field both nationally and internationally.

He is married with four children. His leisure interests include sailing, golf, skiing and "trying" to keep fit.

David Liddell

David Liddell qualified in 1980. After working in Reading for 3 years he settled in York and has been a partner in the firm since 1988. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Injury Litigation and is a member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. David specialises in Litigation and particularly enjoys working in Personal Injury claims. He is also the Assistant Deputy Coroner for York.

He is married with 2 daughters, one a Primary School Teacher and the other an accountant. Outside of work and family, his main interests are music and sport. He is a keen guitarist and footballer, and a regular participant in the Great North Run. He has been a Sunderland supporter since childhood and still claims to be looking forward to their long overdue and imminent domination of the Premiership.

Michael Peach

Michael Peach has managed the Wetherby office since qualifying in 1986 and became a Partner in 1990. Michael was awarded an MBA in Legal Practice Management in 1998. He practices predominantly in the fields of Property (particularly in the acquisition and disposal of development sites) and Wills and Probate. He is a member of the Law Society Practice Management, Probate and Property Sections.

His leisure activities include playing golf, sport in general, circuit training and travel.
