Time Off for Study or Training

From 6 April 2010 the new right to request time off for study or training under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 comes into effect.

At first the right will affect businesses with 250 or more employees but will be extended to cover businesses of all sizes from April 2011.
