Wills & Probate
Does your Will reflect your current circumstances?
Did you know, for example, that a later marriage revokes any existing Will you may have made? We can help ensure that any young children are looked after and that you avoid any surprises, upsets or the paying of unnecessary Inheritance Tax. We offer fixed fees for straightforward Wills and amendments plus a reduced price for couples instructing us simultaneously.
How would your affairs be handled if you were unable to manage them?
Due to mental or physical incapacity? A Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone to act for you in such a situation. Our private client team will advise you on the appropriate planning measures which allow your family or others to assist. Powers of Attorney are offered for a fixed fee.
Bereavement
Our experienced team can also guide you and your loved ones through the difficult period of bereavement. We will deal with everything from the necessary completing of tax papers, application for Grant of Probate, collecting of assets, distribution of the estate to practical matters such as dealing with any house and contents. We also offer investment advice.
