New Solicitor joins Pearsons & Ward Residential Property Team

Pearsons & Ward Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Solicitor Tracie Middleton to its growing Residential Property Team in Malton.

Tracie is the latest appointment for Pearsons & Ward, part of Ware & Kay Solicitors Ltd which serves clients across Ryedale, North and East Yorkshire.

In her new role Tracie will provide comprehensive advice to clients on all types of residential property transactions, including buying and selling freehold properties for registered and unregistered land.  She also has experience of purchasing buy-to-lets, landlord and tenant work, mortgage transactions and property registrations.

Originally from Cheshire Tracie moved to Yorkshire in 2001 and arrives at Pearsons & Ward with experience in Residential Property Law. She completed the legal practice course at the University of Law in Leeds with a Masters in 2017 and started her career with a local firm of Solicitors in York and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021.  Tracie is well known in the area as she has been a Councillor in Ryedale District Council for the Wolds since 2019 and her local knowledge is key to developing links with the local community.

Tracie said: “Pearsons & Ward has an enviable reputation in the residential property sector and is known in the area for the quality and personable service they provide.  They have a strong client base which is expanding all the time.  Combined with my previous voluntary work at Citizens Advice in Malton and my role as a District Councillor, I feel very much part of the community and I am looking forward to joining the property team.”
