Ware & Kay celebrates Katie Armitage’s success in passing the SQE2 qualification

Ware & Kay Solicitors are delighted to share the wonderful news that Katie Armitage, a valued member of our Family Law Team, has successfully passed the SQE2 qualification.

This outstanding achievement is a testament to Katie’s hard work, dedication, and professional excellence. The SQE2 (Solicitors Qualifying Examination 2) is a rigorous, skills-based assessment that tests practical legal abilities such as client interviewing, advocacy, case and matter analysis, legal research, and legal drafting. Passing SQE2 demonstrates a high level of competency and reflects Katie’s impressive legal skillset and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Katie’s dedication and performance have also led to her securing a training contract with the firm, and she is now proudly progressing in her career as a Trainee Solicitor.

Katie shared her thoughts: “I am absolutely thrilled to have passed SQE2, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been offered a training contract with the firm.  The support I have received from everyone at Ware & Kay has been invaluable, and I feel very lucky to be continuing my career here as a Trainee Solicitor.”

Samantha Sinclair, Head of Family Law at Ware & Kay, also expressed her pride in Katie’s progress: We are incredibly proud of Katie’s achievement and are delighted to offer her a training contract. Her determination and enthusiasm for her work make her an asset to the firm, and we look forward to supporting her as she continues to advance her career.”

Katie’s success reflects the high standards upheld by our Family Law Team, and we are excited to see her continue to grow and contribute to the exceptional service we provide to our clients.

Huge congratulations Katie on this well-deserved accomplishment!
