I particularly enjoy helping clients navigate what can often be an exciting but sometimes complex and stressful process and aim to make their experience as clear and straightforward as possible.
Background
Molly is an Apprentice Solicitor specialising in residential property, with a growing range of experience across a variety of property transactions.
Now in the third year of her Solicitor Apprenticeship with BPP University, Molly combines her academic studies with practical, hands-on experience in residential property law. Her apprenticeship has enabled her to develop her legal knowledge alongside a strong understanding of the practical and client-focused aspects of residential property.
As she progresses through her apprenticeship, Molly is taking on increasing responsibility within the residential property team which includes assisting with and managing a range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Outside of work Molly enjoys baking, spending time with friends and family, and walking her dog.
