The Ideal Candidate:

The role of Office Administrator offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support across the firm, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our busy offices. Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients, and external partners, you will play an important role in maintaining the firm’s high standards of organisation, professionalism, and client care. This is a varied and hands-on position where your attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to prioritise competing tasks will help ensure the seamless delivery of day-to-day operations. Working as part of a dedicated and professional team, you’ll be at the centre of the firm’s activities, helping to create a well-structured, efficient, and welcoming working environment. You will be involved in:

  • Provide a professional and approachable first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Assist clients in completing forms and providing required documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide reception cover as necessary.
  • Oversee the handling of archived files at the offsite storage facility.
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and readily available.
  • Prepare documents and provide administrative support across the firm.

Requirements/Desirables:

  • Solid admin experience
  • Strong IT and communication skills including experience of using MSOFFICE products
  • Eye for detail & ability to multitask
  • Friendly, calm and professional approach
  • Familiarity with legal processes or compliance is a plus
