We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor to be responsible for driving forward the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking in calls, providing quotations and securing orders, both from existing and prospective clients.
They will also:
- Proactively follow-up sales calls & quotations in a timely manner, by engaging with potential clients, negotiating where necessary and closing a sale.
- Demonstrate a keen commercial awareness and identify cross-selling opportunities within the firm.
- Keep records and track results in order to communicate and report back to their Line Manager.
- Have excellent communication skills to carry out mystery shopping exercises for key services within the firm.
- Make Customer Service calls in response to feedback forms will be an important part of their role with the results fed back to their Line Manager.
A basic knowledge of Residential Property work and Wills & Probate would be useful but not essential.
