Background

Heather graduated from law in 2012 having studied at Leeds Metropolitan University part-time, on an evening, whilst working full time for a solicitors firm in Leeds. Heather has over 18 years experience in residential property law, her work and experience covers a wide range of matters from sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold property and for both registered and unregistered land.  She also has extensive experience of dealing with right to buy, shared equity leases, help to buy mortgages, new build, re-mortgages, equity release and transfers of equity.  She will also support clients buying and selling at auction, purchasing buy-to-lets and property registrations.

In her spare time, Heather spends most her of time outdoors, she is a keen solo mountaineer, backpacker and long distance hiker. Heather's outdoor pursuits are supported by HARVEY Maps, Cicerone Guidebooks and ThruDark.
