He has acted for a wide range of clients including institutional lenders, developers, investors, social landlords, and house builders. Alex has extensive experience in secured lending, property development transactions, and commercial leasing. He regularly advises on contracts conditional on planning, land options, and s106/CIL agreements with Local Authorities. His expertise also includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, facility letters, debentures, guarantees, and related real estate finance documentation.
