Sandeep is an experienced Family Solicitor and Family Mediator with over 20 years’ experience in family law and an established national client base.
She advises individuals and families on a wide range of complex and sensitive matters arising from relationship breakdown. Sandeep understands the emotional complexities involved and guides her clients through difficult decisions in a clear, structured and balanced way. Her approach is calm, compassionate and solutions-focused, with a strong emphasis on achieving practical outcomes that meet each client’s individual circumstances.
As a Family Mediator, Sandeep also helps separating couples resolve issues constructively wherever possible, including arrangements for children and financial matters, with the aim of reducing conflict and avoiding court proceedings where appropriate.
In addition to mediation, Sandeep provides specialist legal advice and representation in relation to:

She is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion within the legal profession and is a founding member of the Northern Asian Lawyers Association (NALA), a non-profit organisation that promotes networking and career development and raises awareness of issues affecting ethnic minority lawyers. Sandeep also serves on the Inclusion Advisory Group at the West Riding Football Association.
