Background
Sian studied at the University of York and the York College of Law before joining a local firm of Solicitors to complete her legal training. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2007 and joined Ware & Kay in August 2015. She is a Director of Wills & Probate in York. Her areas of expertise include Probate and the Administration of Estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, Deputyship and Trusts.
Sian is a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a member of STEP, the world’s leading organisation for private client professionals. Sian is also a Dementia Friend.
In her spare time Sian enjoys running, cycling and netball and is a trustee and treasurer of a local charity.
