York Ware & Kay Solicitors is delighted to announce that Louise Davis has been promoted to Head of the firm’s Malton office. Louise will continue in her current role as Head of Residential Property in Malton, combining her specialist expertise with broader office leadership.
Louise has been a valued member of the firm since 2002. After qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive through CILEX, she gained further experience before returning to Ware & Kay, where she has continued to build her expertise and reputation in residential property law.
Since June 2024, Louise has led the Malton Residential Property team, working closely with estate agents and professional partners to deliver a seamless, client-focused residential property service. Her leadership has been key to strengthening the office’s local presence and raising its profile within the community.
