The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Solicitor who can advise clients in relation to the full spectrum of agricultural work, regular use of a car will be an advantage.
- 3 years + PQE of relevant experience
- Advising landlords and tenants on the grant/renewal of Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies and Grazing Licenses
- Advising sellers and purchasers in relation to the purchase disposal of agricultural properties and/or business
- Separate representation for lenders in relation to establishing security for funding requests
- Advising clients in a range of development agreements, such as option agreements, easements and clawback agreements
- Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients and their needs
- Experience of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work
- Ability to operate file, case management and time recording systems in accordance with office procedures
- Complying with professional practice rules
- Assist in marketing activities and maintaining appropriate professional relationships with referrers
- Undertaking necessary training and development relevant to your area of work/experience.
