Administration/set up fees

Before we set up a file and send our Terms of Business we may require prospective clients to affirm that they wish to formally instruct us.

Prospective clients will be asked to reply to an affirmation email. This will then trigger the creation of the detailed Terms of Business.

As a result the prospective client understands that should they not move forward with their matter they will incur a non-refundable administration charge of £50 plus VAT.

Please note that should Terms of Business be signed then administration charge will form part of the legal fees quoted in those Terms of Business and will not be an additional amount to be paid.
