Sian Foster

I have always enjoyed my work as a private client solicitor. I often assist my clients at extremely difficult times in their lives and get satisfaction from providing practical help and support in a personable and reassuring way.

Background

Sian studied at the University of York and the York College of Law before joining Harland & Co in York to complete her legal training. She qualified in September 2007 and remained there until joining Ware & Kay in August 2015. Her areas of expertise include application for probate and the administration of estates, wills, powers of attorney, deputyship matters and trusts.

Sian is a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and a member of STEP, the world's leading organisation for private client professionals.

In her spare time Sian enjoys running, cycling and netball and is a trustee and treasurer of a local charity.
