The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Solicitor who has been working on high-calibre corporate transactions and who wants to develop their career, to lead on cases, develop and take on good quality client relationships and improve technical and commercial skills further through working on a wide range of quality transactions. Regular use of a car will be an advantage.
- 3 years + PQE of relevant experience
- Corporate Finance
- Acquisitions and Mergers including share purchase, asset purchase and MBO
- Joint Ventures, Distributor, Agency and Franchise Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Shareholder Agreements
- Company and LLP Formation and Compliance
- Terms and conditions
- E-commerce
- Financial Services
- Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be an advantage.
