A Will is one of the most important documents you will ever have drawn up, but it's something that many people put off. If YOU don't have a Will, or your Will needs updating.  Ware & Kay Solicitors has once again teamed up with St Leonard's Hospice to give you the opportunity to have your Will written free of charge in exchange for a donation to the Hospice.

DyingMattersMaking a Will allows you to make things easier for those you leave behind, as well as ensuring your wishes are clear if you choose to leave a gift to a charity.  The legacies that St Leonard's receive enable us to continue to provide care and support for local people with life limiting illnesses; these gifts help support future generations and cost nothing in your lifetime.

Ware & Kay Solicitors are giving their time, free of charge, to write basic Wills in exchange for a suggested minimum donation to St Leonard's Hospice.

It's easy...

Arrange an appointment with one of the following Solicitors on 01904 716000 during Make a Will Week:

  • Ian Fisher -     Head of Wills & Probate
  • Clare Presley -    Solicitor in Wills & Probate
  • Sian Foster -    Solicitor in Wills & Probate
  • Bella O'Keeffe -    Solicitor in Wills & Probate

These appointments must be arranged within a month of the campaign launch.  Numbers are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Write your Will. There is no obligation to leave a legacy to the Hospice but if you did wish to do so, then this would be an added bonus and for which we would be very grateful.

Make a donation. Your solicitor will invite you to leave a donation at the time of your appointment.  The suggested minimum donation is:

  • Basic Single Will - £90.00
  • Pair of mirror Wills - £180
  • Codicil (update to your existing will) - £60.00

Having provided for family and friends, please consider leaving a gift to the Hospice in your Will. Your gift can be large or small - a sum of money, a share of your estate, property, or a specific item. Every gift is sincerely valued and will allow us to continue providing specialist care for local people when they need it most.

Thanks to people like YOU, thousands of individuals and their families have been helped over the past 30 years, and will continue to be helped, by St Leonard's Hospice.

Your gift really WILL make a difference.
